It’s the season of love.  Everything’s going great for you and your fiancé, and you’re getting married in a few months.  Bridal gowns?  Check.  Wedding venue?  Check.  On site photographer?  Check.

Flowers?  Now, wait a minute …
It’s easy to say your favourite flower is the “red rose”, or that you want “the largest tulips” at your Wedding because they symbolise one’s declaration of love.  But it gets trickier when you are trying to painstakingly describe to your florist, a particular flower you once saw in some magazine and which name escapes the memory.  For all you know, it is an exotic plant that blooms only in December while your Wedding is taking place in June.  Get yourself a flower pocket book to browse through, before meeting your florist :)

Flowers make or break the atmosphere.  So decide on the mood you wish to set for the day – romantic, sunny, solemn, lush – the list goes on, and choose the flowers that best fit your ideal ambience.
